How to maintain automatic diaphragm filter press?

1.Regular Inspection of Filter Cloth: Conduct an integrity inspection of the filter cloth at least once a week. Carefully check whether there are any damages, holes, or severely worn areas on the filter cloth. If there is a small area of damage on the filter cloth, special filter cloth repair materials can be used for mending; if the damaged area is large, a new filter cloth should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the filtration effect and product quality. 
2.Cleaning of the Filter Plate Surface: During the filtration process, material residues are likely to adhere to the surface of the filter plate. After the daily work is completed, the surface of the filter plate needs to be wiped with a clean damp cloth to remove the residues. For stubborn stains, a mild cleaning agent can be used to assist with the cleaning, but ensure that the cleaning agent will not corrode the material of the filter plate. In small pharmaceutical factories, special attention should be paid to avoiding the contamination of drugs caused by the residue of the cleaning agent. 
3.Maintenance of the Hydraulic System: Before starting the machine every day, check the oil level of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil level should be maintained within the liquid level range specified by the equipment. If the oil level is too low, it may cause the hydraulic system to fail to operate properly, affecting actions such as pressing and pulling the plates of the equipment. When the oil level is lower than the minimum level, the hydraulic oil that meets the requirements of the equipment should be added in a timely manner. 
4. Regular Maintenance of the Equipment: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment every six months. Check whether there is any deformation of the frame, cracking of the welds, and other situations. After the comprehensive inspection, carry out a comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and other work to ensure that the equipment is in the best operating condition.
