Product Overview

Membrane Filter Press

Junyi diaphragm press filter press consists of diaphragm plates and chamber filter plates arranged to form a filter chamber. After filtration, a cake is formed inside the chamber, and then air or pure water is injected into the diaphragm filter plate. At this time, the membrane of the diaphragm expands to press the cake inside the filter chamber sufficiently to reduce the water content.

Accessories

Conveyor Belt

Located under the filter plates of the filter press, it is used to transport the filter cake removed when the filter plates are pulled apart.

Liquid Receiving Flap

It is installed under the filter press to guide the dripping liquid in the filtration process or the flushing water of the filter cloth into the liquid receiving tank next to it to ensure that it will not be contaminated again.

Mud Storage Hopper

Located under the filter plate of the filter press, it is used to collect the filter cake. When the filter cake falls off, the hopper is closed, and when the filter cake reaches the discharge requirement, the hopper is opened to discharge.
